1. Insulation.
The door leaf adopts a polyurethane pressure injection machine to inject a foam molding, the polyurethane structure is dense and uniform, the door surface is flat and beautiful, and it has reliable heat insulation performance of the heat preservation box.
2. Sealed.
EPDM environmental seals are installed between the door leaf and the door leaf, and between the door leaf and the wall, which is extremely resistant to low temperature, chemical corrosion, and aging. It will not be deformed for a long time.
3. Track settlement seal.
The guide rail is made of high-strength hard rust-proof aluminum alloy. When the door is closed in place using a curved form, it will automatically fall, pressing the floor and the door frame, ensuring good sealing performance, and reducing the sealing strip and door frame Friction increases the service life of the sealing strip.
4. Corrosion resistance.
The door panel can be made of 304 stainless steel, and the hardware and accessories are all made of stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance.
4. Safety performance
Safe escape device in the warehouse: When someone accidentally locks in the cold store accidentally, as long as the inner escape ring is pulled slightly, the door can be opened smoothly and safe escape.
Can be equipped with safety anti-pinch devices: such as photoelectric, mechanical, airbags and other devices to prevent people from being caught when the door is closed.
5. With electric heating and air curtain machine, it can realize linkage with the air curtain machine and interlock between the two doors.
Electric heating antifreeze devices are installed in the door frame and door leaf of the cold storage door, which can effectively prevent the freezing of the joint between the cold storage door and the door frame, and the ground plane, and effectively protect the door motor.
